"I just switched to Kim company and they are truly amazing. I was told to call 3 places and you will know which one to pick on how they answer the phone and answer your questions. My first call to Kim company and was answered by Monica and she was a pleasure to talk to and answered all my questions!
I made the second call and might add these are all State Farm offices
,and the person I talk to was completely rude and wouldn’t answer my questions without sending in all my information.
After that call it was already clear that I just needed to call back Monica and I did and we couldn’t be happier with our insurance plan.
I also had the pleasure talking to Pam and Kim and they were great .
