My first call to Kim company and was answered by Monica and she was a pleasure to talk to and answered all my questions!
I made the second call and might add these are all State Farm offices
,and the person I talk to was completely rude and wouldn’t answer my questions without sending in all my information.
After that call it was already clear that I just needed to call back Monica and I did and we couldn’t be happier with our insurance plan.
